I don't think he knows what he has. I wonder if he knows that the pv is blocked off. The cr250 uses a linkege from the bottom end to controll the pv. If he pushed it over with his hand, it can't be good. My 250r's it takes a healthy right foot to kick the motor over, pushing it over with your hand isn't possible.
