hey
I have a line on an 85 and an 86 200x down in NH because they dont exist anymore in my provice or any of the bordering provinces. Now the only problem is I dont have a truck that is reliable enough to take to NH and any of the car rental places wont rent me a 1/4 ton truck because im 18 and not 21. Is there any way around this?(besides being in the military or carrying out government orders) My other option is take my car and get a hitch + trailer but im skeptical because I drive a 93 corsica with the 2.2 engine but i was thinking if i borrowed my freinds aluminum atv trailer do you think it would work half decent? Let me know what you think guys?

U haul charges by the mile if it's out of town and it isn't a bargain.

Go bribe some friends with contraband...

Yeah, brib a friend who has a truck. Ive done it, put a lot of miles on my buddys pickup a while back for about $40 in his pocket.

lol..everybody did that to me when they wanted to move or get towed out when i had my truck on the road..i have a 91 gmc sierra with a 305 in it but its got 380 000 km's on it and i dont trust it to take it into america because my roadside assistence ends once i leave canada. i want to rent a 1/4 truck but im having trouble because of my age(18). Dad said he would help me out but all the rental car places say it dont matter if he rents it or not whoever drives it has to be 21+ so im starting to think about the trailer idea but i hate the idea of a car with a trailer.

I say try the trailer idea, a friend of mine hauls his bikes around like that.

Ouch, man $900 . My truck was orignal and abused with over a half million km's on it when we drove it home from Labrador. 78 Blazer with a ticking time bomb engine. Many miles on dirt roads and pavement. Take your time, dont drive like I do. Cop told me I dont drive fast, I fly low.

Kilometers mean nothing, I go to the states regularly on the Toyota 4runner that has 466+ KM.

Also, I vote the trailer idea

Man that trailer idea is an option, but its gonna cost you to put the hitch on.

I really think you should find a friend to wave some cash at!!!

ooooo good point i read some where that you need a title to get them in to canada. in nh all we need is a bill of sale.

I just found out for old machines like honda trikes that you only need a basic bill of sale. I got a line on an 83/84 200X down in Maine 2 hours south of bangor. Im leaving the 29th of Nov to go get them.
