can't find a good place to ride and how do i get a title for my atc's

hey evryone i am new to this and was wondering how do i get a title for my 3 wheelers in the state of pa and i live outside of philly and i can't find anywhere good to ride. can anyone help with any of these

Anything made before 86 or 87 (can't remember exactly) doesn't have to be registered here in pa.

Lots of good riding a bit north up the turnpike. Check the local riding forum.

i had a trike (200e) stolen and the cops said they can't do anything without a title, and they also said if i was caught riding one of them them i wouldn't be able to get it back without a title. about where at north of the turnpike
