I finally started tearing my 200x motor apart the other day and my piston has "0.75" stamped into the top of it. What does that mean? Oversized? Thanks for the help, I'm sure I'll need some more in the future.

It could mean it's .75mm taller piston for higher compression. Possibly a 12-1 or 10-1 piston? I do not know, just a guess.

If its a wiseco its the oversize, thats where they stamp the oversize at. I've never heard of a .075 over bore...First time for everything though I guess.

First off, it says .075. If your engine was running a piston .75 over stock, your timing chain would be "incoporated" into the combustion chamber.

Honda typically did their overbores by .025, .050, .075, .100 , so it is likely a Honda piston.

Sudco does the same thing. I am 99% sure the piston is 3rd over size. With that much over you might have another 1-2cc of power. lol

No, it actually says '0.75', not '.075'. I'll take a picture tomorrow.

Any ideas?

You are dealing with a product that was designed and manufactured using the metric system. My guess is that the piston is 0.75 millimeters larger than the standard piston. Why don't you measure the piston or get someone else to measure it? The conversion factor between inch and millimeter is 25.4 mm / inch. Therefore a 0.75 millimeter oversize piston would be about 0.030" (inches) larger than the stock size.
