depends on the thickness. 1/8 and thinner you can use a soldering gun with a flat tip to melt it. (out side with wind blowing across work area) not good breathing it.

over 1/8 jigsaw with fine tooth blade and you end up melting though it. you have to move the back and forth. as you melt through it it sticks back together on you.
so you have to back drag it to keep the slot open.

you could cut it with a small hacksaw or even a dremel. A dremel with cutoff wheel would work good for cutting that.

the way I have always cut plexi is to score it deep with a carpet knife and snap it off. then use a lighter or butane torch to LIGHTLY warm the edges that will smooth them and make them clear.

You could just buy one of those little plexiglass cutters. You can get them at about any hardware store. That is what I use.

Tape over the entire piece and use a variable speed scrollsaw..... go slow or it will melt back together. The tape keeps it from cracking. GO SLOW! with whatever you do/ use.

i have used a tile blade in a table saw before for a nice finished edge.
