I guess you could buy that for the sake of taking the Seca motor out of it...

Personally, what are the pro's to having that crappy setup? It doesn't have front wheel drive, I'm sure of that. Is it simply for balance? Wouldn't it be easier to stick some training wheels on the Seca and have at it? At least training wheels you can take off and not look like a total douchebag.
