They are trying to pass a bill for none atv use on railroad tracks in the state of NH during the winter months.The current law allows it.

Well, MASS stinks for riding and all I've ever heard is good stuff about NH.

You better band up with your buddies, write some letters and show up at ALL the meetings on this. There is power in numbers and they love when people just accept it rather than try and fight it.

I'd hate to see this happy to a free state like NH.

They did that here back in the early 90's. They shutdown all rail ways, pipeline right of ways and ditch right of ways. The cops litterly raided these places weekly. It pretty much shutdown any kind of recreational riding around my area. Here lately though i have been taking my daughter on the four wheeler. I have had cops wave at me as i pass. I guess they have eventually gotten lienete (sp) on it.

I cant believe your atually allowd to legally ride on the tracks. Thats new news to me. Are they actually running rails or old ones?

No.this is only allowed in the winter time.

the nh rail road beds are legal all year. they close for mud season. the rails are not active and all tracks are torn up.
