Well, if you didn't make TF 03 then you missed out again on a great time of riding and hanging out with some great people. As I did last year, I had a great time hanging out with Mike, Matt, John, Liway, Howdy, Waterpumper, Trike, and Tim Sr. For this year we added to the mix BIG TIME! I couldn't believe the turnout this year. Hagen from germany, Dogger, Tri-z Jim, Dynofox, Freakfix, Mike from Long Island, Als250, Craig, and a whole lot more. What a blast! I happened to get some pics before the camera ordeal. As for the truck ordeal, it's one of those days I should have just left my truck hooked to the trailer. To begin with, we arrived at Haspin friday morning and I decided to park at the bottom of the hill. I noticed a nice puddle perfect for my new super swamper ssr radials, little did I know that it dropped off pretty deep, and decided to drive through it. Bad idea...My truck dropped into it and ripped my trailer harness assembly apart. The next day I planned on playing in the mud a little to test out the tires some more. Bad idea again.....After doing some doughnuts in the mud, I cut across the grass to head back up the hill. I didn't notice the depth of the washout I was going to hit until the last second and by then it was too late. I hit the ditch throwing the front of my truck in the air, slamming my head into the sunroof screwing up my neck, which I get to go to the doctors for today, blowing the wheel weights off my rims, and twisting my truck so hard it buried the edge of the bed into the cab of my truck leaving a nice dent. I also found a beer can embedded into the frame of my truck..lol. A couple of the pics will show the mud that we were riding in just before my swim. I wanted to get some action shots for everyone, but it didn't happen. All in all, it was a pretty awsome trip for the exception of my truck and camera.
