Yes..............

I rode a fully restored one in new hampshire. It was a peppy little trike, and pretty fast too. I would definitely get one of those if I had the money!

I own a 86 model 250SX, shaft drive with reverse, full suspension, electric and kick start. It's fast, way faster than a 200. Be sure to test drive it before buying it, the 250SX has a history of tranny problems, make sure you can find neutral easily and it doesn't jump out of gear. They were nearly impossible to start when the air is below 30 degrees f. but there was a kit made to fix it, I think it involved drilling the choke passage or something. I think the engine is the same as the Big Red but in a sporty chassis.

They were nearly impossible to start when the air is below 30 degrees f.

Now come on thats a wee bit exagerating dont ya think? None of mine had the kit or anything driled and they still started fine in the winter, My '86 Big red hates the cold more .

Doesnt look like a bad trike, still has original tires anyway. This one however may be a trike that you store more than ride, watch ebay and you'll see what I mean if its mint.

I have never hear of chronic tranny problems with SX's. Only downfall with them that I know of is the 85's had problems with water getting into the rear ends and rear brakes. I believe Honda addressed this in the later models.

So what's the only diffrences between the 86 and 87??? Is the just the color of the tank decals?

i don't think honda EVER corrected ANY brake issues...they still use sealed brakes that keep more water in than out...idiots.
