Ok, heres a big problem I have, my 200sx, as some of you know, aside from being a complete piece of *Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited*, it tries to start, I even got it to rev once, and now it won't bother, just shoots any gas out of the exhaust, we've gotten a new carb, new valves, new rings, new gaskets, you name it, only thing we haven't changed is the coil and stator, and that's because it has spark.
On top of that, timing is correct, ignition and valve, according to the manual.

Sounds rich no.
Can that be the cause? So rich it just can't ignite the gas?

I doubt that "running rich" would cause raw fuel to come out of the exhaust. I once had a Puma 340, and I ran it for a week on a carb that was MISSING THE WHOLE MAIN JET. And it still fired up and ran just fine.

have you taken the carb apart? cleaned it at all? check the main, your floats, etc... only other thing i can think of is you got a bent exhaust valve, or your cam is 180 degrees out. easy enough to do on them motors. but then comes the question, do you have any compression?

I would have to guess that while it was sitting your needle and seat let fuel seep by causing an overflow that went up the main and into your intake. When you cranked it over you then tossed that puddle of fuel right through and that's what you're seeing.

Heh, if you'd read, you'd see it has a brand new aftermarket carb, rebuilt head, new rings, re honed cylinder :P, it has 170 compression. The timing seems fine, and the ignition timing is perfect according to the manual.
Here's the deal, when you crank it a bit, it will start throwing gas like a smokey type thing through the exhaust, mist, that's the word, if you hold the choke in, it will start shooting gas out of a little jet it has. This one to be exact. The carbs aftermarket from Ebay(yea yea), heres the link to it. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-CARBURETOR-ATC-200S-Honda-ATC-200-200S-200X-CARB_W0QQitemZ250222109559QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item 250222109559&_trksid=p3286.m20.l1116

I know it's from a 200x, but from what I can gather the top end is the same, unless maybe the 200x has a hotter coil/plug to compensate for the bigger jets.
Just for the record, I'm doing this with no airbox or filter or anything, and when you cover the carb with your hand, you feel the thing sucking, so I'm almost certain it's working :D.
This is how the alternator/stator looks, I wasn't sure if it was fine, so I just popped it back in there, since it looked clean.

Oh, and as for checking with an ohmmeter, everything checks out to spec according to the book.
