That guy went through ALLOT of work to do all that damage, I can't imagine the dollar value but I'm sure it's up there. Too bad there isn't a follow up of this, has to be in the news somewhere. He absolutely should have to pay restitution but it's gonna take a LOOOOONG time, lol......
