I really want to try this sprock 310 kit I got for the Z but I can't shell out the $$$ right now for a new pipe and carb. What I do have is a PWK 35 mm carb but would like some input on where to start jetting. I also have my stock head pipe and doing the wrench report phase 1 mod should get me in the right direction, eh guys? Anyone hack their head pipe before and have better performance? Please remember I am on a budget of $0 so the jets and air filter will have my crazy wife flippin out on me. I also found a couple of interesting tid bits about the PWK 35. See here in these links.

:naughty: I run the phase two setup with a DG pipe.. on vp 110,sprock head,, it rips just fine..

bigger carb would be a good step above the stock 32

start collecting cans along the road and buy some jets for that 35mm:lol:

Do you mean .080" over bore? hehe. You cant be at a 80mm bore looking at the amount of aluminum in the boysen ports. Figure out what jets you need and I will ship you out some for free.

A 45 pilot, and 170-180 main will get you close.

Yer the best Sprocky Claus but I saw Moose 53s post here http://http://www.3wheelerworldforums.com/showthread.php?t=81073 Im gonna try these this week on the mill and see what I get. Im really thinkin about cutting 10mm from my stock header like in the wrench report. Theres a dent there anyways. Anyone try this mod? Results?
