Is this the stock rear fender on this 70 ?

What about the seat, it looks like it says KX on there so it's a MX bike seat possibly ?

Stock fenders but I think you are right about the seat being from a Kawasaki (sure isn't an atc70 seat!).

Pretty sure they are the stock rear fenders. Wrong seat. It also looks like the 4 rubber mounts for the fuel tank are gone. 2 mounts under the sides of the tank, and 2 rubber mounts at the rear "tab" of the tank, one between the tank and the frame and one above the tank "tab".
