Just curious of what all you guys wear, when im out on my sportsman i just wear the old flannal and some splash pants, rubber boots helmet gloves and goggles, but when im out on the kfx the exhaust likes to burn though my rubber boots so i bought some alpinestar tech 8's in white/black and i have thor core gear set in blue and a spare monster jersey and pants. I also wear a m2r Rev X3 helmet, great helmet. blue un-matching oakley pro mx frames.

Hey dammit, how do you like those 50/50 boots? They look like they wouldn't work too bad, do you think they offer as much protection as regular boots? And are they comfortable and easy to shift with?

i need to get something new for goggles, mine always bead up and the water streaks pisses me off on the oakleys, i had cheap smiths and they had alot better water repelling qualities.. if that made sence

I have the 50/50 Thor boots too and they feel great. The down side is they do not protect like a full boot, they give you like zero ankle protection.

On a family style ride I wear my 50/50's, helmet, goggles, gloves, blue jeans and what ever shirt is in season.

On a "let's see who can out do the other" buddy ride I wear all of the above plus full shin & knee guards, a chest protector and sometimes even elbow guards.

They're cool for people like me that hate the way riding boots feel. I mainly got them to protect the bottom of my feet. They protect the foot and ankle way better than a pair of reeboks which is what I always wore before I got them. Not nearly the same protection that a full boot would offer though.

Tennis shoes, blue jeans, sweatshirt, helmet, goggles, and gloves (open finger tip in the summer, snowmachine gloves in the winter). Ill also throw on some rubber boots and waders for some swamp/creek/mud riding.
