Clogged exhuast pipe.. 2 stroke

Is there a way to test an exhaust pipe for a 2stroke to see if it is clogged or not without buying a new one to test with? Sorry I am not into the throwing parts till you get it fixed.

blow some air through it see if it comes out the other end or cut it open then weld it back together!
