these are not even close to working on a 200X. The swingarm bolt is alot larger than the hole provided in the new adjuster :|

It's already been noted that these adjusters that are available on ebay don't fit without some modification. A part you need to modify slightly to use is better than no part at all.

for more exact information, the problem is in the bolt hole. The hole is .581 x .752. It needs to be .588 x .788

Did you tell the seller that? If he's making those himself he should be able to correct the problem on future pieces. If he doesn't make them himself, find out who he's getting them from.

Sir I have sold hundreds of these adjusters for ATC200X models they always fit. Is your 200X a 86-87, if so they wouldn't fit, if someone has put a different swing arm bolt in it won't fit. The adjusters fit over flat spots on either side, if they are not there then you don't have the correct swing arm bolt. very possible because the swing arm bolt is one of a kind and the previous owner may have changed it. Go to BikeBandit.com and look up 1983,84 or 85 ATC200X, the illustration will be under swingarm. Thanks
