I say September 6th and 7th? Its far enough away people can plan, but close enough people shouldnt forget about it.
Also maybe ( hopefully ) it will cool down a little then and be in the 80's-90's.

You ask for it and you got it. I also reset the poll. If you voted before you need to vote again. I did ythis to get a correct count.

If I may add if your planning on going Please make a post stating that in this thread. This will help from no go'ers from flooding the poll. ;)
Thanks
Howdy

P.S. I wished I had more Vacation days. It sounds like fun to me.

Well, it would be a 3000 mile road trip with my ATC, but I might be able to do that.

I haven't been to Glamis or any dunes that size in a bout 6 years so I think I am due for some sand.

Maybe I should just take a month off and find a way to traverse the whole country off road on my 3 wheeler! :-D

Where will TRIKE FEST 2004 be happening?

I heard you had to be towed to the beach? What about when I was a kid, you could actually drive your atc from the camp grounds to the ramp down the ramp to the beach, from the beach to the dunes, still same?

ok no you cant drive all the way to the ramp you have to stop at pole 2 (i think its 2) then at pole 6 they closed off a small area (about 4 football fields) for the dang bird also all the area in the back is closed but its been that way for a long time also there is a speedlimit on the beach all the basic rules apply still

So you dont have to be towed in anymore? The reason I ask, is, my kids. See before you could ride in the water if you wanted or along hte beachside. I dont have a 4x4, so...the kids can ride on in with us or? And back then any age could ride as long as you could ride one, same apply?

Thanks for your help!

You just can't drive on the beach and unload. You have to past the assigned post for you to be able ride unload your atc. You don't have to be towed ($200 from the towing company) onto the beach. I got 2wd S-10 it makes it just fine with tires about 15psi. I haven't taken my 6x12 enclosed trailer yet.
