not sure if this has ever been done before, but how about we dedicate this thread to the posting of the things we find on craigslist that we would love to have, about to buy, or are completely dreams.

i know i for one do this all the time, searching around for what could be had, even things i could afford but just cant buy.

for starters im looking for a car, but im not allowed to buy one yet, my budget is around 2500 but i like searching down low for mechanics specials or even pure dumb luck like this lincon (syko would like this)

thats right 2500! 98 towncar 110k on the clock fully loaded with moon roof stearing wheel controls and everything else, whats wrong with it? a dent in the passenger fender that I can fix in a jiffy!

Found this gem on Jacksonville craigslist, I was planning on driving down to miami for one but I got this one alot closer.

and you cant beat the gas mileage of these monstors!!

straight flat road light peddle not getting off gas, if you learn how to drive these cars they are awesome on gas, and when you punch it they fly! and yes I do love my old pimp-mobiles:naughty:

wowww nicee, id love to havea ride like that :) my friend just got a beamer 525i, personally im not a big fan, i want a big ol v8, forget gas prices, i have a feeling my first car will be the last gas powerd car i have :( told my dad about wanting to get a car and he goes, how about a gremlin, or an amc eagle haha. he wants me to get a big giant tank, which is perfect :) he actually liked the lincoln, but i unforntunately dont have 1k on me

get a early 90s towncar, there everywhere there cheap, there easy to hook up and parts are cheap for them as well, you get the v8, but you also get the room and better mileage than other v8's. Plus they pull a mean three wheel when you switch them up!

91 town car roughly any where from $800-$1500 in decent shape
13 inch wire knockoffs used $50-$200 new $500
tires are only $100 for a set of 4! 155/80/13
switches new installed $1500-$2000
stereo $800
paint $2000

fun show car for about 5K!! or less if you do a majority of the work, my first towncar (the black one with blue wheels) I built and had $3000 in it total! including the price of the car, the custom made rims and a 3 pump 16 batery hydro setup! Capable of destroying the back bumper! it won me plenty of serving bets around my area! 60+ inch hop!

the 80's box style is cool as well, they have the 302 in them, and parts are cheap for them as well, in 91 is when they started putting the 4.6 motors in.

oh if you buy a linc I got some rims I will sell you! 2 sets one set gold/chrome/white and the other all chrome.

well I got a lincoln towncar (93) down here for sale thats custom painted and hydrod up! In fact its the one in the video!! for $2k!! you could drive it back with no worries either!

Hence(Moshman........355)

It Ran low 14's Smoking the tires for 800 feet With a 2:56 Rear gear.

If I had a 3:83 Posi Diff,This car would have been in the low 12's.

I blew 3 stock differentials apart with this motor.
I was just getting ready to put a 9 inch Ford Diff in before we had my 2nd child,and I had to sell this car,along with My mint OEM 92 LT250 quadracer,to get cash to add on to the house.:cry:

Those wire-wheels make the car, in terms of pimpmobiles... I can't imagine a sick pimp car with anything but spoked wheels and whitewalls.

Oh and don't be dissin AMC Syko, there was a guy in Nome with an AMC Eagle and he used to get ALL the pussy :lol:

I love the AMC eagles. When i was a kid a guy used to drive one around town jacked up with a light bar. The thing was so freakin mean. Ever since then i have wanted one but they are kinda a rare find around here.
