Looks like a 200X frame with an ATC 200 motor in it (AKA Auto-X) and I have no idea about the front forks.

200x frame, '83 200x swinger, 250R front shocks rim and hub (second gen?), 185 or 200 motor, 200s tank, 185s seat and rear fenders.... those are my guesses
