they look coated in tire shine or oil. they could be dull and scratched all to hell and back

I was thinking the same thing, I just wanted to post the link beofre I forgot. I asked the seller if there was anything done to them and got a reply saying they are coated in Finish 2000 "but its not faded just looked better for pic " so take that for what it is. :rolleyes:
