yz490 engine in a blaster

i have been thinking of building one but i am not sure if the blaster frame and suspension would hold up without some major reconstruction. i would like to keep the same look but with extended swing arm. does anyone got a blaster to spare. :twisted:

We have done a few of them here. The switch over is pretty easy to do. New properly set-up shocks would be a big help, if you have a big enough budget. Get a tri-z or IT stator for lights, I sell extended swingarms for blaster pretty reasonable too. I can recommend a pipe builder too. They pretty much end up as little rockets that you can't stop, but it is fun.

I have a 92blaster what a dog 55mph my big red is as fast.I have a spare 84 tecate motor I was thinking of making it look like a bansee.Put the radiator under the headlight.The t3 motor look's like it would fit but I would have to do something about the exhast.That's the only thing holding me from jumping into it.
