Michigan is a exception. Tim Sr knows a little about the rules there. The rules there are tough. Maybe he can enlighten you on them. I know he also has stated before that Michigan has seen the last of his vacation money.

How the heck would they know when you're riding and how old you are anyways :?: Its not like you have to call the authorities and let them know. :?
I've been riding for about 9 years where I live now and I have never seen a cop while riding.

In Wisconsin you have to have atv safety to be on trails if you are under 16 but you must be 12 or over & a helmet must be worn until 18 if you are under 16 you need to have an adult with you. The laws don`t apply if you are on private property owned by an immediate relative. I`m not sure if there is a size restriction as far as cc`s (I don`t have my law book handy). Hope this helps

I dont know here but i think if you fit the bike and can control it you can ride it. But the vehical has to be licenensed and you need a helmet. Then the DNR guy useually let you be

Minnesota is very strict (kinda stupid too). You have to be 16 to ride any ATV over 75cc (not sure on the exact ccs but its definatly a kiddie 4 wheeler and i think that a 110 is illegal  ) So a 15 y/o can't ride a 125 yet a 9yr old can ride a 90 or something. And in the winter it is legal for a 15 year old with saftey certificate (easy to get) to drive a 1000cc snowmobile  Really screwed up in my opionion. :?
I heard they are trying to change some of the Atv (or ohv) laws but they don't apply to me anymore.
