Piston Clips

How many of you have re-used the clips? The ones I need are disco from Honda, is there anyway I can use the old ones?

Manual says no, shops say no, what do the people say?

I've done it in a pinch but its pretty risky IMO.

i've done it hundreds of times. Just put the gap facing down.

Did you check wiseco? I agree with Billy on the risky part.

Yea, wiseco doesnt make the size, old honda part.

ive reused them. just make sure when you took em out that you didnt bend em all up. if you did, then they are junk. i have never heard of the clips coming out on anyone, and im sure more people re-use them than one may think.

there isnt a size you can match a similar one up with?
