So my wife just started a new job this week and it has been kind of hecktick in my household. She calls me thursday and asks if I took her wallet out of her purse. I responded with no... Later in the day she calls me again and says that her wallet is deffinately not in her purse or truck and she has misplaced it. As we are both artists this is a very normal thing for us to loose things only to find them a few days later so at this point I am not closeing accounts or even startled. By Friday she is a lil panicked thinking it may be a co-worker that took the wallet out of spite. So I call all the CC companies and bank to close all the accounts and the last one was her chase CC that she uses for gas only. The representative informs us that there are 7 charges after the time that we think the CC came missing. It then hits her that my daughter forgot to close the garage door wednesday night after ballet. I then get a transaction report from the CC co. and start to do some leg work. I went to 3 of the food marts within 3 miles of my home where the charges were made and as luck would have it all of them allowed me to view the video tapes around the time the charges were made.

GUESS WHO IS ON ALL 3 OF THE VIDEOS?????

My P.O.S. neighbor's boy toy!!!! She is like 40 and he is in his 20's. I called the policeman that filed the claim for us and he came over right away to view the most incriminateing video at one of the food marts. Not only did the moron use my wife's CC in plain view of the camera, he is on the video shoplifting after the CC was denied!!!! He even argued with the attendant the the card is good and he shoulld just run it through on paper. All the charges were within 3 miles of my house and the transactions were all within 15 mins apart. He has not been caught yet but the policeman says that there is enough evidence to arrest him and a good chance for him to get convicted. We need for a detective to now collect the videos and my CC co. to get me an official trans report. I can tell you this when I saw him tonight walking up the street it was all I could do to hold my emotions down and let the system take care of this kid. I hope he gets a roomy named bubba that thinks he has a pretty mouth and violates him ways that I can't imagine. I guess now 180k neighborhoods can draw in scum. I will give the police a week to nail this guy after that I don't think I can hold back from confronting this guy or trying to set him up for another chance to enter my garage. If I would have caught him in the garage that morning I can tell you that I startle easy and he would have had to be removed from the garage on a gourny or worse. To see someone on video violating you like this is comewhat surreal.

Believe me, It was all I could do to hold the emotions in when the guy had the cahonies to smile at me and wave on sunday. Its all good cause we have enough evidence on him right now to put him away for a little while any way. I just got off the phone with the detective and the fact that one of the most respected police officers on the force has a mother that lives on the other side of me is an arrow in my quiver. I am taking back my neighborhood is my new slogan. In this life of another this loser will get his just dues is the comfort that I live in.

Glad he's going to have to man up to what he did to your family. Don't dwell over it too much. You should open up your garage, invite a cop over and camp out there for the night. 10 bucks says he shits himself when he sees both of you! Ha, well good luck with prosecuting the scumbag.

The same thing had happened to me. My wifes card came up missing which happens reguraly. We figured it would turn up but i was monitoring it online just in case. Came to work one day and checked the account. Someone had subscribed to about 10 porn sites the night before. We went and filed a report, talked to the bank and they refunded all the charges. About 4 months later i was working on my inbred white trash neihbors computer casue he had a virus and what do you think was in his history. Every one of those porn sites. I bashed his computer and left.

Well through my hard work and resilliance, I collected a couple of videos form the local food marts, sent some pictures of the scum to the police dept. and hounded them umercifully the ditbag got caght today. I came downstairs to work on the computer when I heard a chainsaw running in the neighbor's back yard. When I looked out to see what was going on , I realized it was my "old friend" cutting down a tree. I called the detective on the case and told him that either he comes over and questions the guy or I will when he says I am on my way over. I went up to the garage hoping that I would get to view the festivities when I hear some yelling followed by the sound of someone running down the street. I noticed that it was the dirtbag with 2 officers in tow. Even though I am in my socks I start to run to intercept. I cock my fist back to let the DB have it and he doesn't even see me. Last second thought is I may get in trouble so I opt for an NFL style tackle. Just then the guy turns to me and stiff arms me before I can get a good wrap on. I jump in the H3 and head down to the main road where he is headed hoping I can get another shot at clipping him with the truck but by this time he is gone. Within 5 minutes there is a heli in the air, 2 attack dogs, and several cars scanning the area. Once things cooled down a little the Detective complimented me on my work and I ask then, Would I have got in trouble for nailing the guy ? The one officer laughs and says we would have thanked you for it cause we would not have had to run as far. DAM DAM DAM..... I missed my chance to lay this POS out.... About 2 hours later the neghbors invite me over to go through this guys personal belongings and guess what I find?? My checkbook along with some other checks worth around 100K. I talked with the neighbors for a while and this DumbA calls while I am over ther asking for them to come get him. I tell them that if they tip him off then they are abstructing justice and can be arrested for it. She agrees to help me out and asks him were he is. Once I have the info I called the detective and within the hour he was picked up, and charged without the possibillity of bail. I looked throught the checks and called some of the companies on the checks and they invited me over to view their files and wouldn't you know that they too have pictures of him attempting to cash their checks. Now the dude has gone federal because he took the checks out of their mailbox. I know that this is long winded but it sure is nice to report that justice has prevailed.

Thats awesome that they got him and that you got to play a role in the capture. People like that make me sick. Make sure you are present at any and all court hearings he has, if possible. Become his worst nightmare. lol Congrats. Sounds like you were on top of things and prevented some major headaches. :beer HH

He was messing around with her daughter. Ultimately when I "leaned" on her a little a threaten her with an abstruction of justice she cracked and gave him up. I went to see the other peeps that owned the checks and they had said that he tied up almost 1 million dollars of their money because of the account theft. They ended up not doing payroll for a week and had to call and explain the theft to all of their distributors. Tomorrow I hope to be able to close in on his partner. Best part is the fact that the police allowd me 30 seconds to speak my mind to the home owner.
