it is an Irc client seperate from the java powered chat 3wheelerworld uses, you just enter the server, and the channel, that way you can customize your nicks, have private chats, and things like flashing and beeping when there is a new message. i use it because i used to be active in a few irc chatrooms, and this allowed me to have them all in one place
