well, last few days, i have been re-arranging my room. Got new furniture downstairs, and the old couch came up to my room.

well, i had no room in my room for a bed, and i cant stand sleeping on the couch.

wanted to hang my bed, but instead, cut a hole in the wall, and made a small, secondary room in the attic of the other part of the house.
its 6x8 and follows the truss and the roofline, so didnt hav much coice on the cieling height.

the walls and floor are felt-covered to keep the wood from splintering my bedding, and i was in a big hurry to get it done, so the felting is not top-quality, but noone has to look at it but me.

it is insulated well, and just my body heat gets it uncomfortably warm in there, even with it being cold outside. so before summer, a small A/C unit will be mounted in the back wall of the area.

ill get a shot of how it looks from the outside later, im siting in bed now and dont want to crawl back out LMAO

That sort of reminds me of a Van I had during the 1980's! LOL I hope you have as many happy memories in there as I had in my van. My van also carried my old modded atc90 almost everywhere I went too. Well, minus the "Sponge Bob" pillow!

actually, my "room" is quite large, just not large enough lol. this area is reserved for sleeping, and a few other choice activities:naughty:

I always wanted to get an oversized one for sleeping. I walled off my bunkbeds when I was little and had a window unit blowing into it....mhmm it used to get cold in there.

Looks like an interesting idea what you did there, how are you hot up north? I'm keeping it in the low 50s in my room at night this time of the year.

any girl under 300 pounds should be able to go through that....

hell about 140 is where it starts getting fun. I have a 200 pound cap. Anymore than that and it's too hard to throw around.

yes, but the bonus is that the hole doesnt go straight in. so the entrance to get in is smaller than 2x2 after you get past the initial opening. it jogs off to the side a bit. only way to get the opening where i needed it.

so wait now, you said the first part (no one has to look at it but you)... and then you said the second, so I am guessing those "choice activities" are going to be a single man operation ? :w00t:
don't wear out that arm now. lol

blue felt is not a good color for the walls of a bedroom. Never bring a blacklight in there.....EWWW
