I've been toying with the idea to purchase property in NYS. Somewhere in the Downsville area or off the Northway. About 50 acres would be good. W/WO a cabin. Im willing to give a finders fee for a purchase. What do you think?

woudl you settle for north east pa? 70 acres farm and wooded lots soem sick hill climbs and has soem trails already has a barn and a small farm house and a 1/2 acre stocked pond for fishing for 120-150 range

Sounds nice but not looking for a farm type setting. I dont want to hay the fields and all the rest. But it does sound interesting. Just want a place to bring my trailer and ATC's and spend the weekends.
