What, no 20mm round? Some guy I work with is having a 20mm rifle made for him. Talk about way to crazy about guns! It is a wicked looking piece though. As long as the 50 cal, but way bigger around. I guess that's how they could carry them in airplanes so easily.

They were dipped for identification. Maybe some had more powder than others.

If you look at the canular grove on the bullet on the bottom, It doesn't meat with the neck of the case like the one above it.

When the canular is rolled onto the bullet you get more pressure in the case. Makes it more accurate as well.

The round on the bottom looks to be a smaller grain bullet then the one above. The is just an observation from the canular further up on the bullet. Or it could be that it is the same grain bullet as the one above. Just

not seated all the way to the canular.

You won't no the difference between the 2 from what you see from the pictures. You would need a bullet puller for this. This is for the bullet identifcation only.

The cases look very similar. Shoulder ,'head' base of the cartridge where the primmer goes.

Looks like 30 06 rounds to me. Could be a 30 06 Achley improved. This is done by "fire forming" the 30 06 round to the new reamed case shoulder of 40 degrees.

I believe this is a picture of the rifle, but not his actual rifle. It is made by anzio iron works and is the 20mm take down rifle, with clip and bipod and flash suppressor. I don't have a picture of his rifle but needless to say it is massive. And expensive. He has 2 50 caliber guns, one a single shot and the other is clip fed. A real gun collector. And he has some other noteworth firearms also. Nothing automatic mind you, but several suppressed. He also has some kind of Steiga(spelling) shot gun that looks like an overgrown ak47 that is clip fed and he has drums for it. It is some kind of russian gun that was based on an overgrown ak47.
