I must be a GOOD feeling to say to yourself, "I can do that".

yep, the guy was complaining that the left wall was in the way of the clutch....lambos are tiny inside...even the new ones.

That story is amazing and inspiring all at once! WOW!

I hope that guy really enjoys his 'new' ride - he most certainly deserves it.

Thanks for posting that.

well in no means am i bashing you tank, but how do we know thats a real one? i have seen both the real deal and some pretty " next to looking like the real deal " kit cars, that the only difference is when you pop the hood and see the v8 under the hood. come on lets see some pics of the heart in that thing. i love the countach, probably one of my favorite lambos ever, one of my favorite cars too. i like the gray color on it, and as for the interior, thats how they were. not much to them and cramped, whoever said it looked cheesy must need some glasses.

That has to be the sweetest lookin car ever! I would love to have a countach. THe only thing I would have done different would be to put a 6 speed in instead of the 5 he did. Still a killer though I bet.

I will give the owner a call sometime this week to go over to take some pics of that awesome V-12 under the rear hood:naughty: Maybe I'll convince him to start it up so you can hear that $2500 muffler he just bought direct from Lamborghini. And another thing, you would not believe the smell of the Italian leather in that car:D

I can smell italian leather in my living room... the only thing I want to smell in a car is new car scent, a little vanilla, and the stench of jealousy as I pass every mother effer on the highway at 170

Man that interior sucks, on the white one.

It's impossible to express in less than 10 characters how overrated a lambo really is.

Let me just throw this at ya, The white one is #524 of 1100 and change of all "COUNTACH'S" ever made! And also keep in mind that it IS a 1982 which makes it 26 years old and makes it older than alot of people commenting on this car. As far as the interior is concerned, It's 26 years old, and OEM what is it supposed to look like? Say what you want about it, The car is still worth between 125k and 150k believe it or not

eh, a little time and elbow grease, some gunk and armor all and that thing would be sparkling clean. thanks for the pics tank, god they must of had to use a shoe horn to get that motor in there. i dont care what anyone has to say abou tthe lambo, they are definately one of the hottest cars ever produced.

Well maybe its just me. But everything I have is kept in pristine shape. And I'll be damned if I had a lambo if I let her go to that kind of condition.

I do appreciate the pics, when I said the interior looks bad, i was mostly commenting on the shape the owner keeps it in. My work truck is cleaner then that, and thats saying a lot.

By looking at that car Im suprised the owner wouldnt start it up and take you for a death ride.

believe it or not, The owner really is anal about it. He didn't want me to take any pics of the interior at all. The car only has 11k on the odometer, and he's had the car since 1987, and payed 40k for it. The reason why it's so dirty, he's got a dirt driveway that's probably close to 500 feet long. He owns 35 acres of land. He just got done installing a trick new heating system on his house, which is the reason why the lambo is so dirty. I'm not a chevy fan by no means but you should see his other 2 toys that he's restoring,,,1967 chevelle SS big block, 1969 camaro SS with all matching numbers:naughty:

hold on now, easy.

I didn't mean to ruffle your feathers with the lambo is overrated comment...it's more concerning the new ones.

The power is not impressive enough for the price...and a 180K+ car should be able to hold the same line as a 12k scion xb on lopro kumhos...especially with me driving the xb.

I forget what that show as named that goldberg hosted with 12 cars racing across the nation... the lambo was nearly destroyed 10 races in, and these were on the freaking ROAD. roasted the clutch in a few thousand miles, a ford f150 crushed it in a slalom race. a bmw m3 killed it in a drag. and a group of guys in a riced out accord consistently bested the car in EVERY race. Let's not mention the fact that the guy in the worked over charger was getting better mileage.

The one you posted up is a nice little piece of history.... but the new ones can't even claim that.
