I just saw this on ebay. A rare one. I thought I would post it up for all to see.

About 3 months ago there was one on craigslist about 15 miles from me. It was ok shape but didn't run- just sitting for awhile. The guy had brand new (in the plastic) front and rear fenders and front forks. At first he wanted $2000 but quickly came down to $1000 minmum. I told him I was interested and I'll just throw an offer out there and told him to call me if he changed his mind on the minimum. He said give the offer. I told him $700 which I thought was a really fair price for the bike. I think he got a bit mad and I never heard from him again. And since then I've bought an ATC70, Tecate, TRI-Z, 84 250R, 86 200x and a TT600. lol.

Was this a production trike, or some sort of conversion kit?

Production. Quite a few people on here have them. Howdy has like 3 I think. I wanted the one I looked at bad but wan't going to pay a grand for it.

they are 'interesting' to ride, pretty peppy for a ute and no engine braking whatsoever, neat though. I remember at an old TF, Howdy made everyone of us old timers pose for pics on it! good times, good times.
