i looking into buying this frame on ebay.......
"This is a complete 1998 Roll Design LOBO chassis. It is the XC or GNCC setup - perfect for woods riding. You get everything pictured: Frame, swingarm, Gullwing a-arms, front and rear Custom Axis shocks valved for 185 lb rider, 400ex spindles, tie rods, steering stem, anti-vibe handlebar mount, twin wall handlebars with pad, Nac's stem clamp. Blue powdercoat on frame is still good overall (I'd rate it 7.5 out of 10). Chrome subframe and swingarm are cosmetically ready for re-coating. You will need to have the upper rear motor mount welded and extract the upper right front bumper mounting bolt. The left tie rod has been welded and its ready for a-arm bushings. Other than these minor things, it is ready to go.

The frame, a-arms, and swingarm have never been welded and are in excellent structural condition. I rode it before teardown and the shocks felt great. I have another one of these or I would not be selling this one!

This is the absolute best handling chassis money can buy! It is sold as one unit because everything is made to work together as a package. I prefer local pickup, but if you must have it shipped I will tear it down, box it up and ship it for $195 flat rate (it may require several boxes)."

anyone know anything about these frames? good bad up down

It's for cross country RACING 200x350x, I'd expect it to out weigh the MX and certianly the TT, Dune fames. I've been a fan of Roll, Axis combo frames. What are they asking by the way?

You must be buddies? I'd jump on it if the price is right since its a great base for a project. The price may get pretty high though.

Do you have the 500link on the Leager's? I noticed the LoBo squatted or rode slightly lower in the suspension sag than the LSR and Leager's. It seemed to have real good stablity in flat corners. Handeling differences I can't determine do to never riding either frame back to back. If you could reseach and see if a early YZ426 might fit or even a new 450f motor could be wedged in there it might make the decision easier...Call Roll and ask.

no no i like the 250r i sold my 07 450r to get my leager 250r
the leager 250r has a no link shock in the rear and sits a touch high in the back right now im just getting all the suspension dialed in.
