If you look on the pipe hanger.DG is stamped in there.That is a good clue as to what pipe that is...:lol: :lol:

I understand that Mike, what Im saying is that the phase 5 looks an AWFUL lot like the DG. So the pipe in this auction COULD INFACT be a DG, not a phase 5.

Not to mention the old faded DG sticker on the side kinda gives it away too.

You saw the sticker too!!! I will agree,that DG looks a LOT like the Phase Five.Maybe they used it for a pattern? If that is true,all the member who said Dg sucked,did not know what they were talking about!!! :w00t:

It is tough to know.When I had the complete phase five system,The top end was ported.I had Boyseen reeds,15 tooth sprocket up front,stock carb jetted right for once,and the motor was fresh.The bike was all top end and MOVED!!!!!!!! Trying to just ride around slow was outta the picture.You had to be in the throttle....

And the more I learn from this website.The more I kick myself in the butt for parting with soooooo many aftermarket parts.I had a Finishline +4 axle,2 low profile yellow rear fenders with the insets for #'s,yellow front fork plastics,A yellow # plate,Phase Five seat cover,steering stablizer,and more I cant remember and hope not too!!! I am luck though in all my parts that came and went.I almost sold the Westcoast and LRD exhaust.But I decided to return the payment.The other member was okay with my decision.But warned me not to list it on ebay!! :lol: I would like to buy that pipe on ebay,Just so I could put the Phase Five and the unknown next to each other to confirm....But like everyone esle.I spend too much already on parts!!!

If someone needed a pipe.That is a good price for a used one.Because all I see for sale is the DG for $229...And if you are going to ride the bike.I would save myself the $129 for other parts....

the old school dg's are better than the new shiny ones...

so either way, phase 5 or dg, im gonna be happy...
