Long story short....
Had a payment due of $11.00 on Nov. 9th on my sears card, I paid $15.00 on Nov. 9th at the store. Received my statement for this month today. $39.00 late fee, $6.49 finance charge, and my APR was raised to over 26%!!! Never missed a payment or anything EVER! 30 minutes on the phones today and they waved the fee and charges, but there is no way to reduce my APR to the rate before THEIR mistake. Talked to several people on the phone. I always felt I had a relationship with this company. Greed corupts all... he card has been cut and in the trash. Good bye SEARS!
