You could post it in the open forum.

Wow. Thats going to be a monster. But I would definatly reinforce that frame! That motor is probably going to vibrate like crazy. I had a gokart similar to that with a 350 motor on it and it was too much for such a weak frame.

yea it use to be all bolted together but i welded the bolts fast and the butting areas but i still have to re enforce the rear some and change the rear axle to posi drive with a belt pully (lot bigger tires probly 12x16x6 hole shots and a new brake. the motor has been redone on the inside and will suposedly push "suposedly" 60-86 hp right now im looking for a really cheap jag carb and manifold body for the carb set up cause im really not looking forward to rebuilding the twin carbs cause its hard as hell to find parts for them i looked up the vin i just got the motor yesterday and found its from a 71-78 cheetah or cougar

Or just change the gearing. Shifter karts use nearly 1:1 with such tiny tires. I would use a 4'' pulley on the motor and 5 or 6 on the axle.

=) i know of marshes we have some crazy rednex out where i live and they desided to funnel the mountain water down into a field so they could have a mudbogging area so theres about 1-2 feet of mud and water in places

i really like how this is going. if you would let me i would like to get drunk and jump a small bridge that has been closed as the police chase me with that.

eeeh that would hurt i dont think its going to have a suspension cause i dont have the room.... and i dont feel like doing a crap load of fabricating but if anyone has the coil pack for a 76 arcticcat spirit 500 theyd sell me that would be great cause no one sells them
