How to submiit a new bill

How does one go about submitting a new bill/law for consideration to congress?

You need to lobby to your local Congressman - then he drafts up a proposal - if he agrees, finds it benefical - and in the best interest of getting him re-elected. Otherwise you are SOL. It is not something the average Joe can do.

Theres people called lobbyists, that get paid BIG BIG money. They typically have working relationships or clout with the politicians. You pay the lobbyist, and then maybe depending on how much you pay him, he gets something done for you.
