I just sold my 05cbr1000, and was looking for somthing differnt. I have my eye on a 94-04 honda magna. Not the most common bike, but there are some around. I want to get a cruiser style, but I dont like the v-twin, do you guys know of any other cruiser to use a v-four motor

Valkyries are bad little rides, not quite the v-4 you are looking for though. And there is a trick supercharger set up for the valkyrie also. A buddy of mine has 2 valks, the first has all kinds of trick stuff done to it and the second one he converted into a trike with an aftermarket kit. He even made his own exhaust for his first valk and the darn thing almost sounds like a formula one racer. It has a car rear tire on it too!

I had been wanting a vtx for the last few years, but I seem to have changed my mind. I cant get away from the v-four, plus I hear these magnas are no slouch when it comes to keeping up, and passing those large v-twins:lol:

I've owned two, and am gonna try like hell to get my hands on a new one, missed out on the '09s Supposedly the new ones will stretch your arms an inch or two at the first crack of the throttle

I do love the v-max, but I have never had a motorcycle, or atv that was not a honda.

How about the VF1000 or one of the VFRs. Not exactly cruisers, I know, but I am with you on the V-fours. The big torque and great sounding motors are the best. I had my 87 VFR 700f for 14 years and loved every minute.

When I get another street bike it will be a ST1000-1300. I have never ridden one, but I can't imagine they are lacking in torque or comfort.
