About 90% of all years YFM80 are interchangeable. MOts chnages were in the motor, or cosmetic. Can you be more specific?

p.s. Also would you happen to have both rear hubs for this quad? Would like to buy some if you do. I have paypal. Need them with good splines.

By being more specific I was asking what parts you needed to know about interchangeability on. Actually the Moto4, Badger, and Raptor are all YFM80's, and it was all 3 models that I was referring to when I said the were about 90% interchangeable.

I believe the rear hub you need has a very small spline, and is a 3 bolt? If so, I think all years will fit, but 87-92 has the same bolt pattern (3/70). Im pretty sure 93-03 will fit too but have a (3/90?) bigger bolt pattern. I think TriZinger and Quadzinger hubs also fit and have the same 3/70 bolt pattern.

Tim,

On the hubs i have a 4 bolt. But the hubs seem to big for the axle?? It's wobbly. You are right i have very small splines. the guy i bought it form said it needed a whole new axle,, but then when i took a look at it it was the hubs not the axle.

Heres another pic.

Im 95% certain none of the YFM 80's used a 4 bolt in the rear. Are you sure ist not the YFM100? If not, maybe they stuck YFM100 hubs on it. They were a 4 bolt, but Im not sure on the spline size.

Tim,

I'm pretty sure its a YFM 80. The hubs seem to big, which causes it to wobble, and tear up the splines on the axle. I did some research and comes to find out that your right none of the YFM'S used 4 bolts. Yet another person with a half a s s job. It will get fixed. Thanks Tim. Just need to find out what year now, lol.
