Finishing in my Basement

I have been working on my basement for the past week. I am really impressed with myself so far. We got the Tin roof idea from Craig Morgans house on CMT Cribs. The paneling is rustic pine. It should be finished tomorrow minus the trim and carpet. That will have to wait until more funds are here.

The empty doorway is leading to the office. With this playroom and office, it will add about 600 sqaure feet to our house. Which will help alot considering our house is only 1000 now. Hopefully a 2nd bathroom will be next.

Let me know what you guys think.

PS, the stairs where already there and I know there crooked. I am going to roll the carpet over the edges. I basement was finished in once before, but the previous owner felt the needed to tear most of it out.

Looks good we finished our basement a couple summers ago. Lots of hard work involved. Still need to do the bathroom but dang those are expensive.
