slowly switch from whatever you're smoking to ultra lights...and then over to herbal cigarettes which are nicotine free.

You can cut the habit down to near nothing.

I'm at ultra lights now. I'll give the herbal a try. The add makes it sound like your still smoking but without all the other crap mixed in. Thanks
