The first set up is way better, FMF pipes suck on Blaster and Banshee to but LRD is a very good pipe..

I would go with setup1. Before setup 1 you should get a oil injection block off kit and premix your gas.In addition to setup 1, I would add a billet reed spacer and K-N air filter. I also made some holes in my airbox for more airflow. I thought about getting a 240 kit but 106 octane gas is scarce by me. Trenga has a 34mm carb and intake boot for tthe 240.
If you get an LRD pipe/silencer, let me know how much louder it is than the stock exaust. When I finish paying for Blaster#2,Blaster#1 might get an LRD exaust.
Here's a pic of 2000 Blaster#1 a yr ago when I gave it a makeover. 2000 Blaster #2 is all original(blue) and no pics yet.

YOu could but then you would have that little pump doing nothing but adding wieght

Im not 100% sure(havent disected an oil pump yet) but I think theres a few parts in the oil pump that need the injector oil for lubrication. If you use premix and dont have injector oil going thru the pump,it might sieze up and leave you stranded. The pump is driven by a plastic gear. The block off kit is only $30 and takes about an hour to install. While your installing the blk off plate you can also check/replace your clutch(if your blaster is a few yrs old.)

thanks triz-z jim i was wondering if it would lock up. r the oil injectors reliable enough that i can run it with that until i get a block off kit. :?

Yes you can... Injections are ok for about the first year or less but after that i would put a block off on it..

yea that is the best price ive ever seen. heres a lil info about it. it looks brand new even though its a 92 its been garage kept all its life and never seen the rain or mud.

here is another thing im thinking about my freind has an rm 80. i know its an 80 but it rips. he wants to trade my 3 wheeler and my motherboard for his 80 and his motherboard. my motherboard is a lil better so im not worried about that but what do u guys think about trading the sx for the 80. its a 1997 rm 80. just rebuilt. looks good. if u r wondering what they look like email me for pics b/c i dont know how to post them.
