Well I got my new lights installed on my 06 tacoma and they turned out great! Thanks to my buddy Brett in Chicago, I was able to get them installed and looking great. I didnt get a good vid of the rear as didnt have room to take vids of it. I will have a blue strobe in the back center window to accent the rear. Just thought it was neat, so I wanted to post it. Truck is all blacked out and undercover ready... Cool thing is the Government paid for some of it. :D

I will use it for my reserve work when they need me. Heck they paid for some of it so can't beat the price. Problem is they wanting me back full time. But I can't quit my great DOD job hehe

Nice. Its got to be cool to rock the lights from time to time. (obviously not for fun in traffic.)

Nice. My agency got me an F-150, but I still sometimes miss the crown vic. My Truck is way better for the "sneak" factor!!!!;)

I like the truck and lights but I have a question.
why do they tint out undercover cars?
gang culture down south is definitely moving away from that dark look to a light tint. it looks better, and people are easily seen driving. from what I've noticed these guys like to be seen.
down in iberville the undercover cars are just v6 grandams in silver.

Cool lights, and nice tint, but why are police vehicles exempt from tint laws? I got my car tinted, and the guy at the tint shop tried to talk me into 20% all around, but the front can't be any more than 35%. I carry my handgun (legally) with me, and I figured I need the least amount of interaction with the police as possible. Yours is definitely 20% or less all around.

Actually mine had factory 35% all the way around but I put limo on top to make it totally blacked out. Now my lexus has 15% all the way around on it.

Police vehicles are exempt because of many factors that include safety, concealment of equipment and/or personnel, etc. My police F-150 only has 15 % all around. But still, you'd NEVER know it was the 5-ohhhh till it's too late..
And the thugs down here still black all their windows out, and pay the citations every time..... that dope money makes it easy.

I was runnng triple five over stock 20 with a sun allergy form exemption from the DMV... which is supposed to mean no tickets...
but even certified they'd write the ticket anyways, I'd have to contact the chief or sheriff and show them my letter, then the ticket would disappear as t should have never been written.
it finally got to be too much of a hassle... I just squint a lot now... and get lovely little migraines on bright days.
that's wierd wheelie, it's easy to spot the crack dealers down here... 26+in rims and 50% mirror tint... never fails.
or zero tint, cream colored cars on 18s...
bet undercger car I ever saw, two actually, an old chevy Corsica and astro van. the narc guys would pack four deep in the back of that astro.
