i have a 350x thats been bored whith a weisco piston (former owner told me it has 11.1 compression) took top end off to find camshaft sprocket destroyed and lifters/cam worn.chain appear`s to be fine.i plan on replacing the sprocket/cam/valve springs/chain. where should i go for best pricing on these parts?? and what king of cam should i get ? webcam/white bothers?
p.s former owner never replaced the valve springs/chain after getting piston installed motor ran for an hour before the cam sprocket let loose and broke

Check out www.powroll.com
They've got some good kits and parts.

megacycle make the best cams they are new cams not regrinds like web cam or powroll. they are only 30-40 more but with the other two you have to send in your good useable cam or they charge you a 100.00 core charge. since your cam is shot it would cost you 200.00 for a regrind web cam vs. 140.00 for a new billet megacycle. they can also set you up with h.d. valve springs 125.00 and resurface your old rockers. 60.00 each. just hope that the sprocket on the crank is good as Honda has discontinued them. as for cam lifts megacycle has 4 talk to them about your needs and wants and the'll set you up with the right grind.

:!: I would check where the cam sits in the head for wear. I would also check into getting a roller cam.
