Is it a GoPro wide?

Are there different quality settings on those? Some vids I see look fantastic with them but others have a ton of artifacts and weird contrast things going on. I've been thinking about buying one when I get my next bonus check.

Edit: the sound is way delayed also. Did that happen when it was uploaded to youtube or is the raw footage like that too?

I'll try to field all the questions in this post. The video camera is a "GoPro Hero Wide" Link to their site is: http://www.goprocamera.com/?OVRAW=gopro&OVKEY=gopro&OVMTC=standard&OVADID=13866399513&OVKWID=134563827513 I bought it at the local Honda shop for $140. They wanted over $200 for it but they matched the lowest ebay price.
The camera has no adjustments for quality, pixels or whatever. Ithink the quality differances that you notice come from how the camera is mounted and whether it is bouncing around alot, or experiencing vibrations. You tube may also hurt the quality too. Alot of it may be operator error. Last year I could barely put pictures on the computer and post them here. Now I'm trying to compose, edit, and post videos. I have got way too much time on my hands lol! I have a new video that I made yesterday but I am waiting on you tube to process it, and that seems to be a lengthy process. This last video is friggin awsome in my opinion which of course is biased but when it is done check it out I'll post a link for it.

Ok here is my latest video. The quality issue deffinitely has something to do with you tube or something because the original video on my computer is of a better quality. Enjoy the following:welcome: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vbfMi_GDn08&feature=channel_page

There's some gopro tutorials on youtube. Supposedly there's a setting to have it automatically take a 5MP still picture every few seconds. That might be kinda neat.

I just sent a question to this guy about how he's getting such good quality out of his.

Excellent!

The quality on this one seems better for some reason. Did you do anything differently this time?
