Here is a reply I got from the seller about the size of the head.

"The head says leckich, MACHINE SHOP said it was a 500, honda shop said it was a 400 ? the measurement across the piston is 3.25 inch I pulled it off a 82 atc 250r I found a original air cooled head and put it on and the atc ran good so the bottom end was stock. the atc came from Calfornia Thats all I know the carb is for that head Its a big ass carb?"

Well 3 1/4" is bigger than stock. Someone should jump on this

Hell, the carb would fetch almost that. If I had the money, I'd buy it for a conversation piece. That race bike KILLER got had one on it, and everyone was all over it. I definitely thought someone would be interested in some old school racing stuff..

The mugen 360 is at about a 3 1/4" bore. i am not sure about this. It is definatley a water cooled kit for an aircooled something. I am unaware of any liquid cooled big bores for the 250r but we learn about new things everyday.
