Lotto, ever come close?

long story short, dad woke up one morning struggling to remember the numbers from his dream.

turns out, the first 3 numbers were dead nuts, and the last two were only one friggin number off, fourth one was one too low, fifth was one too high.........Dammit

anyone else come real close?

I bought one powerball and one state lotto ticket at the same time. If the numbers for the powerball ticket had been the numbers that I had on the state lotto ticket, I would have won a hundred grand. Instead I won jack squat. :lol:

I have never come close but my sister has. The day she turned 18 she wanted to go play the lottery. She had numbers that she had written down. My dad took her to the store and on the way he talked her out of the numbers bcs he said they were to close. well she listened to the old man and changed her numbers. If she would have played the numbers she would have been a millionaire 37 times over. LOL funny chit that story is everytime we bring it up. No hard feelings anywere. Makes me laugh just thinking about it.

we had 5 out of 6 in a 21 million dollar lotto in oregon ,,,, it payed $560 ,, if it was a washington state lotto it would have been $140,000 friggen oregon!!!

i have won more money in vegas at a slot machine than that,,, :lol: :lol:

My brother won $10,000 on the Powerball. The part that sucked is that two weeks before that he went to the VA ( He's a Viet Nam vet) for some medical problems. They put him in a cab and sent him to the regular hospital. He ended up having to spend the winnings on the hospital bill.

i cant win anything but my parents hit a 10.4 million jacket but so did 2 other people so they ended up with 3.2 million after the 3 way split.

My buddy hit Megabucks in high school (split over a million) and hit it again by himself a few years later.

He travels the country playing semi pro baseball (or softball) I forget which.

Of course his wife is smokin hot :rolleyes: :lol:

Had a close friend that had his habitual numbers hit one of the weeks he did not play.


He would have split around 50 million between 6 or so people. I dont know how he didnt go crazy!
