I won a seat off this person on ebay and he's refusing to send it. Typical BS. Says his son put it on his bike but the real reason is because it sold for $12.50.

There's a way to file a complaint with ebay for this kind of thing right? I've had items go low like this before myself. It sucks but I still kept my word and shipped it.

Yeah that's the one. I paid right away and he refunded the money this morning.

I just offered to trade him a seat if his kid really needs one. We'll see what he says. I'll file a complaint if he doesn't respond.

I've had that happen to me before. Except it was $75 on an $1100 shock. I bitched and complained with ebay for a month and they never done anything with the seller. Good luck.

We're only talking about a $50 seat that went for $12.50 here. It isn't even in perfect condition. Has two cracks in the vinyl but I've been looking for a Wax-On forever. Hell I'm the only one I know that even likes these things. They're just hard to find.

I won an aircooled 250r mugen topend over the winter for under $800 and the guy told me that his brother had given it to him and didn't want it to be sold. I filed a complaint and left really bad feedback for the guy. :mad:

Just an update. The guy never responded. Ebay is no help. Left bad feedback.

I'd advise against anyone buying from enterprise909 on ebay.
