This poster can't seem to make up his mind about what year trike this is and doesn't seem to know the model either. Can anyone ID this three wheeler?

It's a 70 honda US90. It could have a manufacturing date of 1969 though. Honda did their model years just like the car makers. So the 70 model trikes would have come out in late 69 and that is probably why he is confused.
