Tri-z front forks and suspension

So ive got this tri-z with a yz490 motor. Its my first trike and it rips harder than any banshee or 450 ive ever ridden. That being said its a work in progress. Right now the way it sits is kind of pitched forward like a drag bike. The seat aims downward putting all your weight onto the front wheel which is great for going straight but sucks for turning or hitting any trails. I want to raise the front forks and tighten/drop the rear shock to make it easier to slide the rear tires around for turning. How do i do this with the tri-z forks? Also the seals are shot so any tips on replacing those would be great.
