  • 3 Wheeler Desert Racing Returns! 2015 Season Schedule w/ Points!

After a successful Baja style race hosted by Arizona Off Road Promotions this past November that hosted three wheelers (as well as bikes, quads and the like), they've gone one step further and opened up a full on season schedule consisting of 12 races, across the state or Arizona at different locations. One race will be held each month. This season is also notable in that they will be running by a points system as well. These races will vary in distance as well as the type of terrain they cover. At the end of the season, one three wheeler desert race champion will be crowned. At this time, further information has yet to be announced (including sign ups etc.), but we will keep you updated with the latest news as it becomes available. You can check out the full 2015 season schedule by clicking here.

I 'm going to try to make at least 50% of them. Raced desert when I was a kid on 2-wheelers. This'll be a blast on my 350X. Oh Yeah!

It seems to be wildly popular out there. We are actually trying to get some information for races being held on the east coast as well.

Yes. Anyone can race at these events. However if you aren't a member you can't accumaulate points. I don't know where you live Damiand but regardless of where, you CAN have a membership in Arizona Racing Promotions. We're friendly out here in AZ. So Come race, have some fun. The opening round is tomorrow in Gila Bend, AZ. Hey, there are a bunch of 3ww members in the Phoenix area! If I'm driving my old 53 year old ass from Kingman down there to race, there better be a crowd of you there. Remember when no one would let us race? Well they're letting us race again but if the turnout for the ATC class is dismal, they may not continue the class next year. So, I hope to see ya all tomorrow!

I recently found out and participated in MX racing for ATC's at Arizona Cycle Park in Buckeye, AZ. Met alot of fellow tri-pod pilots who are great people. ACP changes their track layout continuously so there are different challenges and therefore less "local advantage", lol! Anybody out there who wants to can come down and race their trikes. Me and my gal had a blast, come join us (Yes, you gals are welcome too!!!) in helping to restore 3-wheel mx racing. There is also a project in the works to get some flat track races going that looks VERY promising. More info at www.arizonacyclepark.com and they have a facebook page as well. Hope to see you there.
