Anyone out there have the dimensions for drilling the rear fender by the seat for the rear rack. I have an idea but it is a once and done and don't want to mess up fenders are scarce. Any help will be appreciated.
Sorry I don't. I worked on one for some people one time--just like yours but with rack. I went back and looked for photos but I must have deleted them. I think as long as you are careful and make them symmetrical you'll be fine. Might have to enlarge them a little bit if they aren't quite lined up but as long as you cut them clean it will be ok. You could remove the brace, install fender and then try to figure out where the hole should be.
Thanks Devilsclaw! I got it on today. I did take off the fender and marked carefully ad all went well. I prefit rack and now waiting for paint to dry to finish the install. i am really enjoying my KLT and look forward to having it all dressed out cruising in the woods.
You've got a real slick rig there. Even have the cover for the little glovebox, those are hard to find!

I've got a rack on the Kawasaki that I just got from a guy I was. Using a truck off of ..
